Phase 1: Discovery (Class 9-10)

I know what subjects my child genuinely enjoys (not just what they score highest in). My child has completed the Career Mosaic psychometric assessment. We have discussed at least 3 completely different career options.

Phase 2: Planning (Class 11)

We have identified the required degrees/certifications for their top 2 career choices. We have looked into emerging fields like AI and Sustainability to ensure their choice is future-proof.

Phase 3: Execution (Class 12)

We have a mapped out calendar of entrance exam dates and application deadlines. We have researched college fees, and I have openly discussed financial budgets and loan options with them. We have a "Backup Plan" (Plan B) that they are equally excited about.
